Head of IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Technical and disciplinary management of employees in the IT infrastructure department (data centers/server/storage/LAN/WAN/security)
- Responsibility for the trouble-free operation and security of IT systems, including planning, evaluation and implementation of new IT systems
- Maintaining, operating and monitoring the assigned responsibilities/services, especially Active Directory (AD), File Services (DFS), Datacenter Operations & Database Services (NUTANIX/NDB)
- Development of standards and ensuring the standard-compliant operation of the transferred responsibilities/services
- Project work in a local and international environment
Your profile
- Degree in computer science or comparable IT training with professional experience
- Several years of professional experience and ideally initial management experience
- Strong, applicable IT skills
- Strategic and structured way of working
- High level of communication skills and assertiveness
- Initiative, ability to work in a team and resilience
- Very good knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel
