RAPA is one of the largest employers in the Upper Franconia region and employs almost 1000 people worldwide in Germany, the USA and China. As international as our business relationships are, our focus has always been on the region. We have been deeply rooted in Selb in Upper Franconia since our founding days and it is therefore a matter of course for us to get involved in social and community issues in our home region. In the field of education, we support the implementation of suitable projects and measures, and in the field of sport and culture, we support various clubs and initiatives. We invest a large part of our energy in training young people and promoting young technical talent. After all, we want to help young talents find their way to us and successfully pursue their careers with us.
