Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Medical and Industry divisions, we are looking for a committed and analytically strong Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who thinks strategically, acts entrepreneurially and actively helps to build up our Business Development.
Your Tasks
- Systematic analysis and evaluation of new market, application and business potential in our target industries
- Establishment, further development and application of a structured business development process
- Close cooperation with development, sales and management for the technical, economic and strategic evaluation of new business ideas
- Building and maintaining a network of customers, partners and potential suppliers
- Creating concepts and prototypes in collaboration with Development
- Contributing to the market launch of innovative products - from the concept phase to series production
- Presenting concepts, solutions and strategies to customers, partners and at specialist events
- Representing the company at customers, partners, trade fairs and congresses worldwide
Your profile
- Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study
- Professional experience in business development, strategic business development, product management or technical sales in an industrial environment
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a deep technical understanding of complex products
- Analytical, structured and conceptual way of working
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner at all levels
- Very good command of written and spoken English and German
- Initiative, team spirit and willingness to travel worldwide
