HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you’ll serve as a key sounding board for managers and employees and play an active role in successfully implementing our HR strategy. Together with us, you’ll help shape modern HR practices, continuously refine existing HR processes, provide new impetus for a forward-looking corporate culture, and support organizational change.
Your Tasks
- Consulting and support for executives and employees on all HR-related issues
- Support throughout the entire employee lifecycle—from recruiting through talent development to offboarding
- Supporting executives with workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change
- Implementation and continuous optimization of HR processes, policies, and tools
- Consulting on labor law issues and support for HR-related measures
- Analysis and evaluation of HR metrics to support well-informed personnel decisions
- Collaborating in a spirit of trust with internal stakeholders and external partners
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources management, business administration, business psychology, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the HR field
- In-depth knowledge of labor law
- Strong consulting, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- High level of initiative, combined with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
- An empathetic demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen sense of the needs of various stakeholder groups
- Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skills
- Very good written and spoken German
