Project Assistant / PMO (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Supporting project managers in the planning, management, monitoring, and implementation of projects
- Ensuring transparent project organization and further developing project management standards and processes
- Coordinating, communicating, and providing status updates, as well as preparing project plans, key metrics, and management reports
- Preparing and documenting project meetings, as well as tracking tasks, milestones, risks, variances, dependencies, and actions
Your profile
- Technical or business education or comparable qualification, as well as professional experience in project management/PMO
- Initial to extensive professional experience in project management, PMO, or a comparable coordinating role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as a structured, independent, and reliable work style
- Understanding of cross-project relationships and the ability to prioritize
- Business-level proficiency in German and English, as well as proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
