Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for achieving project goals—from planning to successful completion
- Leadership and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams
- Organizational design of the project, in particular the distribution of tasks, competencies, and responsibilities
- Proactive communication and transparent reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Management and controlling of schedule, budget, and performance progress
- Preparation, moderation, and documentation of project meetings and decision documents
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical studies (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering etc.) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Confident use of project management methods and tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, Polarion
- High level of self-motivation, strong communication skills, strong conflict resolution skills, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team
- Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality, leadership skills in a project environment, willingness to perform, perseverance, and resilience
- Business fluent in German and English skills
