Quality Engineer Series Quality (m/f/d) - Mechatronic Systems
With seven production and assembly halls, we offer customized, innovative solutions for OEMs and Tier 1 customers worldwide. For our location in Selb we are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Engineer (m/f/d) in the Quality department.
Your Tasks
- Monitoring quality requirements in the series production of mechatronic products and systems
- Analysis and optimization of manufacturing and testing processes
- Evaluation and reporting of quality-relevant data for early error detection
- Processing internal and external complaints (8D methodology)
- Initiation of immediate measures and follow-up of sustainable corrective actions
- Contact person for customers, suppliers and internal departments for quality issues
- Updating and further development of FMEAs
- Root cause analysis of electrical, electronic and mechanical error patterns
- Support with industrialization, sampling and product releases
- Evaluation and validation of quality requirements across the entire product life cycle
- Collaboration in improvement projects in the production and development environment
- Implementation and support of internal, customer and supplier audits
Your profile
- Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or similar) or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in the automotive environment
- Very good knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA and VDA 6.3
- Experience with complex mechatronic systems and error analysis
- Confident handling of CAQ, ERP and FMEA systems (ideally APIS)
- Knowledge of test and measurement technology and statistics is an advantage
- VDA 6.3 auditor and/or Six Sigma Green Belt desirable
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, assertiveness and a structured way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
