Sales Coordinator/Support (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Independently manage and develop existing client relationships, and assist with new client acquisition in close collaboration with our Key Account and Business Development Management teams
- Preparing, calculating, and tracking quotes
- Participating in pricing and price negotiations, as well as maintaining sales-related master data
- Supporting administrative and operational tasks—including scheduling, coordinating customer inquiries, shipping samples, and managing the quotation process, as well as creating and preparing analyses, key metrics, forecasts, and monthly reports
- Assisting with the planning and execution of trade shows, business trips, and client visits
- Ensuring efficient communication and information flows: meetings, reporting, knowledge sharing, and team discussions
- Collaboration on marketing initiatives, sales campaigns, and the implementation of our social media activities
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in business or a degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field
- Professional experience in internal sales or a comparable role
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Business acumen and an interest in technical products and markets
- Strong communication skills at all levels of an organization
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
