Senior Controller (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Responsibility for controlling processes, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost management/planning/control
- Assistance in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Development, implementation, and optimization of financial processes, key performance indicator systems, and management reports; determination and monitoring of key performance indicators
- Analysis of deviations, development of recommendations for action, and support for the division manager in strategic decisions
- Conducting make-or-buy analyses and profitability calculations
- Project controlling and its further development
Your profile
- Completed degree in business administration or similar (ideally with a focus on cost and performance accounting/controlling/accounting)
- Several years of professional experience in controlling
- In-depth knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), cost accounting and financial analysis
- Independent and autonomous work
- Strong understanding of business partners
- Commercial as well as goal- and result-oriented thinking and acting
- Reliability, flexibility, teamwork and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Confident use of MS Office programs and ERP systems
