Senior Controller (m/f/d) - Operational Performance Controlling

Your Tasks
- Responsibility for and implementation of operational controlling / hall controlling; results reporting, production and quality KPIs
- Analysis of deviations, development of recommendations for action and improvement measures in line with a business partner approach
- Responsibility for and support of the budgeting process in the operational area for capacity, resource and machine planning
- Collaboration in project controlling in series production
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration or similar (ideally with a focus on cost and performance accounting / controlling); alternatively: technical studies / training with advanced business management knowledge from several years of professional experience in the field of controlling
- Sound knowledge of the production-related environment in the industrial sector
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Strong understanding of business partners
- Commercial as well as goal- and result-oriented thinking and acting
- Reliability, flexibility as well as team and communication skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office programs and ERP systems
