Your Tasks

  • Quality support for development projects in the field of control units and embedded software
  • Ensuring product and process quality over the entire product life cycle (development, industrialization, series production)
  • Application and further development of automotive quality methods (APQP, FMEA, 8D, PPAP)
  • Ensuring compliance with ASPICE-compliant development processes and supporting their implementation in the organization
  • Implementation of requirements from ISO 26262 (functional safety)
  • Consideration of requirements from automotive cybersecurity (ISO 21434) in the development process
  • Planning and support of verification and validation activities (e.g. HiL, EMC, environmental and functional tests)
  • Implementation and moderation of system, design, software and process FMEAs
  • Analysis and structured processing of customer, field and production complaints
  • Quality assessment of requirements, specifications, safety and software concepts
  • Interface to development, production, purchasing, suppliers and customers
  • Support with internal and external audits (e.g. IATF 16949, ASPICE, functional safety, cybersecurity)

Your profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, automotive engineering or similar
  • Several years of experience in the automotive environment, ideally in the field of E/E systems or embedded software
  • Sound knowledge of automotive quality methods (APQP, FMEA, 8D, PPAP)
  • Experience with ASPICE-compliant processes
  • Experience or points of contact with ISO 26262 (Functional Safety)
  • Basic understanding or experience in the field of automotive cybersecurity (ISO 21434) is an advantage
  • Technical understanding of E/E architectures, control units, sensors/actuators
  • Structured, analytical and independent way of working
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Very good German and good English skills
