Your Tasks
- Strategic and operational management of project management
- Collaboration in strategic corporate considerations at the second management level
- Budget responsibility, resource planning and schedule control for international projects
- Development of standards, processes and key figures for project management
- Close cooperation with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Controlling and Quality
- Overall responsibility and monitoring of assigned projects
- Stakeholder management at C-level with customers and suppliers
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical studies (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) or comparable qualification; MBA or similar additional qualification advantageous
- Several years of management experience in project management in the automotive industry or related sectors
- In-depth knowledge of project management methods and tools, e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Polarion
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical, structured way of working and strong decision-making skills
- Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality, leadership qualities in a project environment, motivation, perseverance and resilience
- Business fluent in German and English
- Willingness to occasionally travel internationally
