Vice President Sales (m/f/d)
We are looking for a strong sales manager for the strategic and operational management of the sales team at the Selb headquarters. The role includes budget and resource responsibility, deadline controlling of international sales projects, the further development of sales processes and key figures as well as close cooperation with internal departments. The position is also responsible for the support of ongoing customer projects and stakeholder management at C-level with key customers and suppliers in a dynamic, moldable environment. Your Tasks
- Strategic and operational management responsibility for the sales division, including sales, profit margin and market share targets
- Collaboration in strategic corporate considerations in the second management level
- Development and implementation of a scalable sales strategy, adapted to OEM, Tier 1 customers
- Close cooperation with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Controlling and Quality
- Budget responsibility, KPI tracking, ROI analyses and regular reporting to management
- International cooperation with the local support functions in the USA and China markets
Your profile
- Successfully completed technical studies (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc.) or comparable qualification; MBA; doctorate or similar additional qualifications advantageous
- Several years of management experience in sales in the automotive industry or related sectors
- In-depth understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM systems and sales tools
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills as well as an analytical, structured way of working and strong decision-making skills
- Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality, motivation, perseverance and resilience
- Business fluent in German and English
- International experience and willingness to travel
