Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

As an Executive Assistant (m/f/d), you’ll play a key role in supporting our executive team, and your dedication will help ensure smooth operations and an efficient organization.
Your Tasks
- Supporting executive management and providing executive assistance in day-to-day operations
- Scheduling for executive management, organizing and attending division head and advisory board meetings, as well as taking minutes and managing special projects
- Serving as a central liaison between executive management, senior leaders, and business partners, and maintaining close communication with our plants in the U.S. and China
- Assisting with the planning and organization of internal events (strategy meetings, Christmas parties, etc.)
- Responsibility for managing business travel for the entire company (booking hotels, flights, and rental cars, as well as processing travel expense reports)
- Management and accounting for petty cash
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or a degree in business administration
- Strong communication skills, reliability, organizational skills, and a structured approach to work
- Assertiveness, a goal-oriented approach to work, and a certain talent for improvisation
- High level of commitment, trustworthiness, and loyalty
- Willingness to attend events outside of regular working hours
- Very good command of German and English, as well as proficiency with MS Office
