Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Ongoing support for (key) account managers from acquisition, through the start of the project to series production (SOP) and subsequent series production support, including commercial support for change management
- Processing of customer requirements/inquiries, incl. coordination of meeting deadlines and customer communication
- Preparation, creation and dispatch of quotations, including coordination with internal project managers, controlling and the costing department
- Maintaining the quotation and customer database as well as the OEM / 1st / 2nd tier supplier portals
- Creation of reports and analyses
- Making and preparing appointments for customer visits and external customer appointments
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training / studies with a business administration focus or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in sales, ideally in the automotive sector or in industries with a high scaling factor
- Knowledge of project management
- High degree of cost awareness and goal orientation
- Ability to work in a team, organizational skills and flexibility
- Ideally experience of working in matrix organizations
- Assertiveness, high level of initiative and independent working style
- High customer and service orientation
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips in Europe
